Directions to use The Toe Box Raiser first spray the area to be stretched with Angelus Professional Shoe Stretch that is included. Then place the Toe Box Raiser Stretcher in your shoe and turn the handle clockwise until the stretcher marches the height of the instep of the shoe. Continue to turn the handle of the Toe Box Raiser clockwise up to additional turns to stretch. Leave the Toe Box Raiser in your shoe for 12 hours and repeat if the additional stretch is needed. Then repeat these steps for the other shoe if desired.
